The visibility was really bad to start out but later it cleared up, which was nice because there was some some really pretty scenery. I didn't end up going to the place I originally planned to go to. I thought I had picked a place more to the east that was within range but after I plugged it in to the GPS it said it was a seven hour trip. So then I looked up the nearest airports on the GPS and picked one of those instead. 


Flew over a higher snowy area for a while. A glacier?



I thought this area was really pretty. 



There's the airport. I've gone 15, 725 miles now.

BGGH to BGKK, Godthab to Kulusuk

It was foggy when I left Godthab.


Cleared up inland. I kept climbing because I didn't know what the elevation was and there were times when the ground seemed to be speeding by pretty close below me. Close enough to see the shadow of my plane at one point. Climb, climb, climb!



When I got back to the coastline it was raining. That's the runway in front of me -- the light gray part..

This was the last bit of Greenland.


I saw this tiny white speck in the water. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be an iceberg or a tiny island.


Didn't see much of Iceland until my approach because the visibility was so bad.
